Welcome to TriHub! Please read this User Agreement carefully before using our services. This agreement is a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and the TriHub platform (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "platform"). By registering, accessing, or using TriHub, you agree to comply with all terms of this agreement.
Acceptance of Agreement
By registering for or using TriHub, you confirm that you are of legal age, have the right to enter into a binding contract with us, and agree to comply with all terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to any terms, please do not use this platform.
Service Description
TriHub is a wallet service platform based on secure Multi-Party Computation (MPC) technology, designed to provide users with enhanced security. With TriHub, users always hold a shard of the master private key, while TriHub holds the other two private key shards. Transactions can only be executed through user participation and platform collaboration.
Private Key Management
Users hold a shard of the master private key, and TriHub cannot independently access the complete private key.
TriHub holds the other two private key shards but cannot unlock your assets alone.
Without user authorization, TriHub cannot perform any transaction operations.
Risk Warning
Although we use advanced security technology, digital asset transactions inherently carry high risks. Your assets may be at risk due to market fluctuations, hacking, or technical failures. Users are responsible for managing their private key shards. Loss or leakage of private key shards may result in permanent loss of digital assets.
User Obligations
Account Security
Users are responsible for ensuring the security of their account information and private key shards. TriHub will not proactively ask users for any account passwords or private key information. Users are responsible for their own actions, including but not limited to authorizing transactions and managing digital assets.
Prohibited Actions
Users shall not engage in the following activities through TriHub:
Using TriHub for illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, etc.
Attempting to interfere with or damage the platform's services.
Accessing or attempting to access any part of the platform in an unauthorized manner.
Privacy Policy
We highly value the protection of users' privacy. Detailed terms on how we collect, store, use, and protect your personal information are outlined in our Privacy Policy. Please read and understand our Privacy Policy carefully, as it is part of this agreement. You can access it at any time through our website or in-app links.
Limitation of Liability
TriHub is not liable for the following situations:
Losses caused by market fluctuations or force majeure.
Security issues arising from users' failure to properly manage their private key shards or account.
Any consequences resulting from users' violation of this agreement or relevant laws and regulations.
Modification of Agreement
We may update this agreement from time to time based on platform development and legal changes. When the agreement is modified, we will notify users in advance. The modified agreement will take effect immediately after the notification is issued. If users continue to use TriHub after the agreement is updated, it is deemed as acceptance of the updated agreement.
Termination and Suspension of Services
If users violate this agreement or we believe there is any security threat, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services. We may also terminate or suspend part or all of the services at any time as needed.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the relevant country or region. If any disputes arise from this agreement, both parties should first attempt to resolve them amicably; if the disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may bring a lawsuit to the competent court.
